I can't remember how many times I've seen Michelangelo Antonioni's La notte (1961) staring Jeanne Moreau, Marcello Mastroianni, and Monica Vitti. But every single time I've been mesmerized and hyponotized by its architectual beauty and existential angst. I've only just begun to recreate the ennui of the 60's.
